In 2007, Colleen Oakes opened Oakes Fields with the goal of making a personalized, boutique florist that focused solely on creating gorgeous wedding day flowers for brides of all styles. Over the next five years, Oakes Fields would design over 200 weddings, making it one of the leading names in wedding flowers in the Denver area in both performance and bride satisfaction. In 2012, Colleen, looking to focus more on her career as a novelist, sold Oakes Fields to Cydney at Stiletto Events, creating the perfect one stop shop for brides who are needing florals and/or wedding coordinating.
